Rob is Head of Governance and International Relations at UK Sport, the UK’s high-performance sports agency, leading their work in driving and supporting the highest standards of governance, equality and diversity, and wider organisational health in funded bodies. This includes overseeing implementation of the Code for Sports Governance, as well as supporting the development and enhancement of healthy National Governing Bodies (NGBs) at the heart of the high-performance system.

Head of Governance, Sport England

Lynsey is Head of Corporate Governance at Sport England and co-authored the Code for Sports Governance with UK Sport. She has worked in a number of senior governance roles in key public institutions including as Head of the BBC’s Executive Unit and Assistant Director of Governance for an NHS Trust.

Sue Anstiss has been a pioneer in British women’s sport for over 30 years. A founding trustee of the Women’s Sport Trust, and co-founder of the Women’s Sport Collective, in 2018 Sue received an MBE for her services to women’s sport. Sue’s award-winning podcast The Game Changers celebrates trailblazing women in sport.

Double Paralympian, Speaker, Consultant & Mentor

Pippa Britton is Wales most successful archer. She is a double Paralympian who competed on the GB archery team for 15 years and who represented the Welsh able-bodied team on more than 20 occasions. She achieved podium places at 6 consecutive World Championships and 24 International events and gained 11 world records along the way.
