Lucy is Head of the UK Board practice at Perrett Laver. She leads on all non-executive board appointments across the Higher Education sector, Health sector, Sports sector, Global-Non-For-Profit sector and Arts and Culture sector at Perrett Laver. 

Director of Sport, Sport England

As the Director of Sport, Phil has responsibility for several areas of the Sport England business. He has represented Sport England as a Board Director of both the Football Foundation and UK Coaching.

Phil’s team manages long term investments of several hundred million in various sporting bodies and giving the subsequent advice to achieve results.

Shivani has worked in a range of non-profit specialist organisations and has worked with national and international charities on projects covering research, brand, fundraising, leadership development and CSR. She has experience of executive search for senior charity roles including Board and Executive positions for organisations across the UK including Unicef UK, Make-A-Wish, Christian Aid and Choose Love. 

Director of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, Sport England

In January 2021 Viveen was appointed as Sport England’s first director of equality, diversity and inclusion. In this role Viveen is leading Sport England’s overarching approach to tackling inequalities in sport and physical activity to enable the organisation to deliver on strategic aims and purpose whilst also working to ensure that those who lead and deliver sport and physical activity in England reflect the nation they serve.
