Terri is an experienced governance specialist dedicated to helping boards and leadership teams build robust, transparent, and effective governance frameworks. In addition to advising organisations across the charity, public, and private sectors, she delivers specialist SGA training, equipping leaders and committees with the practical skills needed to navigate complex oversight challenges.

A Fellow of The Governance Institute (FCG) with a Master’s degree in governance, Terri is known for her pragmatic approach. She focuses on real-world solutions that level the playing field, manage risk, and align decision-making with strategic goals.
