As Business and Corporate Support Lead at England Rugby, Eden's responsibilities span corporate governance, business management and organisational operations. She works closely with senior leadership to oversee the effective governance of the RFU's Board, Council and committees, alongside key corporate processes including risk and contract management.
Prior to joining the sports sector, Eden worked in local government where she held a series of roles across project management, strategy and corporate services.
A Law graduate from the University of Nottingham, Eden is also a member of the SGA's Advisory Group and holds the Chartered Governance Institute's Certificate in Sports Governance.
