Debbie Clarke

Debbie has a wealth of governance, commercial and leadership experience from nearly over 20 years of working in financial services and managing her NED Portfolio career over the past 9 years. After a long career in Corporate Finance & M&A in the City of London she set up her own consultancy advising boards and management teams and has brought much of her learnings from consultancy into her roles in sport.    

Debbie holds a number of Non-Executive Directorships and was Chair of Triathlon England for 5 years before becoming Chair of British Triathlon Federation in July 2025. She prides herself on providing an independent ear and empathetic challenge to board and management teams to enable them to make informed decisions about the future direction of their organisations.
