Callum Whitton

Callum Whitton is League Compliance Manager for the Netball Super League at England Netball, where he leads the development and implementation of the league’s compliance and governance framework. His work focuses on developing practical standards, assurance processes and guidance that support clubs to strengthen governance, manage risk and meet the regulatory requirements of the professional league.

Callum has worked across governance, compliance and organisational development throughout the sport sector, with previous roles at UK Sport, RAF Sport and Formula E. Alongside his professional roles, he has held a number of independent board, committee and disciplinary positions across sport, giving him experience of governance from both an operational and non-executive perspective.
