Rosie is Assistant Company Secretary at The Football Association, having joined in August 2025 following three and a half years in corporate governance roles at Bunzl plc, a FTSE 100 company. She is CGI qualified and has completed the Level 4 Certificate in Sports Governance.
Her role at The FA spans a broad range of governance matters, including supporting a number of committees, The FA Council, the Board of Pro Ref, and The FA Benevolent Fund. Alongside her day-to-day responsibilities, Rosie has worked to enhance governance at The FA, including by leading a project to improve the effectiveness of its committees, introducing technology to improve a range of processes, and undertaking a governance review of The FA Benevolent Fund.
